Looking Within
Looking within helps people shed light on and heal any emotional hurts from the past. When a person heals their emotional past, they are able to let go of limiting and harmful behaviors and relationships.
Looking within also helps people find hidden strengths that they have, but that may have been dismissed or belittled because of hurts from the past. As people heal emotionally, they are better able to fully embrace and use all of their strengths to strive towards the life they want.
Exploring New Horizons
In therapy, exploring new horizons consists of helping people try out new ways of treating themselves, connecting with the people in their lives, and accomplishing their goals.
Experimenting with new ways of being in the present also helps people set a new path for the future. As people live with more confidence and passion in the present, they become more open to pursuing opportunities that make theirs dreams come true.
